I want to be 104th BCMD because I believe that I can change the battalion and make it an active and a non minge battalion we currently have a jet trooper lead who is making a doc, we also have a Pilot lead who is warthog. I have made Wolfpack tryouts which is the hardest try for the 104th. I’m going to make a roster from a blank spreadsheet that will have everything on it. I have remodeled the Discord to make things easier for are battalion. We currently have two troopers which I want to make it from having two troopers to a magical name of 10-15 by the end of my term if I get wolffe.   Experiences 501st | On synergy I  have been in 501st. I have climbed the ranks and achieved CMD within my regiment. During that climb, I was also given the position of ARFL and ARL. Both the ARL and ARFL position  has given me a complete understanding of how the 501st is and how it acts on this server. I have been CMD for about 3 month now and in that time I have been leading this battalion with other CMDs  have learned everything there is to know about our 501st and I have been taught by the best how I can improve in general so that I one day could carry on leading this or other battalion forward.  91st | In 91st on synergy I started as a captain and finished at the rank of CMD. I was there ARFL  while i was in the battalion I helped them get them at least 15-20 members, also reworked there whole arf program which everyone likes to go there. One in which the rank of CMD i came with more ideas and trainings to help the battalion grow.       Jedi Knight - Master - General As i was a jedi knight i became a guardian with that I helped them a lot with there branch trials and then i went for manager to help host trials.I also help with younging and knight trials,witch then i got promoted to the rank of master. As a master I became applied for guardian lead and I was the lead for one year and three months. As guardian lead I reworked the trials and was one of the best branches on the server. Then we suggested to give guardian brute with they have a single saber in one hand and a saberstaff in the other. I was also part of the 501st as a Jedi Master/General, I also was Eeth Koth,Luminara ,Quinlan Vos,Tiplar,Anakin Skywalker.     What does it take to be a good leader(2-3 sentences)?: A leader leads through his/her values. What is important to his/her is important to her organization. What he/she ignores, they will also ignore. Great leaders draw a line in the sand separating who we are from who we will never be. I know one leader who refuses to make money from his vendors, money his competitors take. I know another who never stops talking about caring. Their companies live those values. To be a good leader you must have dedication, time ,and also be honest. We all know being a BCMD is hard but if you have a great leadership team you won’t have any problem running your battalion.  If you don’t have a great leadership everything will be a failure.  How active will you be?: from a scale 1-10, I would be 8.5.
