Do you have a working microphone?: Yes, I have a fully functioning communications device.
Why do you want to be Commander(2-3 sentences)?:
I want to go for the Recon Regimental spot because this gives me a chance to actually gain something that I worked for. I currently am the Battalion Commander of the 41st codenamed, Gree, and as in my time as the 41st commander I have come up with many little tactics and protocols that would be beneficial to the recon regiment as a whole to be apart of. Being connected to all the battalions within the Recon regiment will give us not only a chance to bond more closely, but a chance for me to pass on any valuable experience to troopers, officers, even commanders if needed. This can be on any front of things they do not fully understand or grasp within their abilities in documentation, discord, leadership skills, tryouts, etc. I want to be able to be that person that not only makes the Recon Regiment come together as one as a force to be reckoned with, in tactical awareness, formation, protocol, communication, but also in their sheer might in combat and reconnaissance skills. What does it take to be a good leader(2-3 sentences)?:
Commanders need to have the passion for their battalions, they need to make everything as if it's super important to them and take most everything seriously. If you have a commander that goes around with the famous words "I don't care", then what type of commander are you? EVERYTHING MATTERS! You are the one having to make the major decisions in your battalion and actually make a difference, but while your in that mind set what about your officer core? They have a say to and shouldn't have to wait for your approval on everything as if this was a dictatorship. You have officers for a reason and I think that they should be recognized more and have the proper power according to their rank. They should be able to come up with decisions on their own without the commander and basically make a vote and put it in play. You gave them the rank of an officer for a reason, give them the trust and admiration they deserve instead of making all the decisions revolve around you. Another thing a Commander needs to lead by example, yes there are those times when a Commander is too busy to even come close to his troops, but that is a 3% of the time, the other 97% should be spent actually bonding and helping your battalion in the areas that they are confused/lost/need more training in/and most of all setting any sort of internal issue that may come up between your troops. You also need to realize that you are leading your brothers and they deserve just as much respect as you, and that they too, can be great!
How active will you be?: I can be on 6 hours a day unless specified by a message within the joint regiment discord.
Are you aware you will have a term of 2 months, then you'll need to reapply?: I am fully aware and fully willing to make that commitment and to see it through till it’s very end.
Are you aware you are in charge of hosting Commander Meetings?:
I am fully aware that I will have/can lead commander meetings and will be taking extra precautions when doing so, by writing up a doc and starting a file for keep sake of all the commander meetings and their information from here to refer back to if needed. This will also be great to keep things in an active motion and everyone to stay on topic if this type of doc is prepared before the meetings that happen every Saturday unless specified other by a Reg. Commander +
Are you aware you are in charge of leading all of your assigned battalions?:
I am more than fully aware of the three battalions that I will be helping/leading in my duration as the Recon Regimental Commander; the Rancor, 91st and the 41st.
